Kiosk and Cart Franchises

Maui WowiEntreprenuer Magazine wrote an informative introduction to the kiosk and cart business a few years ago.  It a good place to start when deciding if a kiosk location is for you.  A Maui Wowi kiosk is picture to the left.

    How are carts in malls priced? Is it a flat monthly rent, percentage of sales, or both? Can leases be short-tern (i.e. just during the summer)?
