Papa John’s New Restaurant Strategy

Papa Johns is building “restaurant” style stores. Good idea.

I still don’t understand why there are virtually no drive thru by-the-slice pizza franchises. There are plenty by-the-slice franchises in malls, but not stand-alones with drive thrus.

    Papa Johns is a lot more regional that I thought. I was talking to some friends on the east coast and they vaguely heard of Papa Johns.

    Put it this way, its all about making money. If you did a drive through establishment it means a much larger sq. footage area for the est
    blishment, not the store perse, but the area required to accomodate all those cars (if it works). You can run delivery joints out of real
    small store fronts and the only parking you really need is for your drivers. This saves BIG money. Enuff said
