Anything about the new FTC franchise rule? We’ve been waiting 25 years for this… I think it’s a good thing the FTC FINALLY came up with this new rule. Big change for franchisors who will now be able to email their UFOC and still be compliant - as long as they can keep a record of acknowledgment of receipts!

It goes into effect in July, 2007. I believe there is a rolling compliance window after that, but all will need to comply within 1 year.
