AmeriVestors, Inc. announced yesterday that it has commenced the preparation of legal documents to be filed with State and Federal Government agencies in order to offer franchise opportunities for Justice by the People . Upon filing of the UFOC, the company will file notice and fees with the Texas Secretary of State, so that it may commence the sale of franchise opportunities in the State of
Texas.

Justice by the People, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of AmeriVestors, Inc., serves consumers that wish to save hundreds, even thousands of dollars, in their simple, uncontested legal matters. The
US legal industry is a $184 billion sector. The company offers approximately 80 legal documents for uncontested legal issues such as uncontested divorce, living trusts, incorporation, etc. The company has designed a model to create a national franchise chain providing high quality, accurate and affordable legal document preparation services for simple, uncontested legal matters. Justice by the People does not offer legal advice in the preparation of its clients’ uncontested legal documents.

Now maybe there will be some “copy-cat” law franchises coming out soon. Can you submit some names?

To start things off how about: “McMalpractice” or “Lawless & Lawless”

What about the franchise “We the People”? I think “Justice by the People” is the copycat.

I don’t think it’s a copycat, it’s just competition. Burger King is NOT the copycat of McDonald’s….. Competition is what makes companies stronger by redefining themselves. Without competition, the man would not have walked on the moon (if he ever did…..;-).

It is competition, but it is also copycat, but copycats is to be expected.

The Justice by the People looks really shady and put together by a bunch of amatuers. They don’t even list the names of the management team.

You have no idea how questionable their background are. David Northcutt is the listed VP of Operations or some title. He has in excess of $1,000,000 of past and pending civil judgements against him. He is a twice convicted felon. He has had about 30 businesses in a 25 year period…none of which remain in existence or are currently associated with him. There is a long history of people who have been financially devastated by this man. Aimee Cade, the other officer, is this man’s girlfriend and her financial basis is unstable as well. It would be very foolish to enter into a business relationship without asking for full disclosure statements regarding these two individuals. Then, I would do some serious homework to assure that each one has fully disclosed their financial histories. Good luck.

  7. I was provided with standup service that ended in economical as well as successful results from Justice by the People. The company provides services to assist in ones ability to represent themselves and get results. It’s a win win company.
